At the Grafton Carriage Company, we work with your chosen funeral director to ensure that the final journey of a loved one is something to cherish long after the funeral has passed. We offer traditional horse drawn transport which adds an elegant touch to any funeral cortege, providing your loved one with a graceful final journey that will be fondly remembered by all, ensuring the life of the deceased is forever etched in the memory of their family and friends. The striking features of our magnificent horses draw attention to the funeral procession whilst retaining the dignity of the occassion. Two of our immaculate black Friesian horses draw a reproduction black Marsden Hearse which houses impressive and original features, including bowed glass doors, decorative flower rails and striking lamps, accompanied by two of our liveried personnel. Traditional black plumes and black courtesy cloths can be added as a final touch to the horses, these can be tailored to individual requirements, white or red in colour for example if you need something different to the traditional black. We can also supply the white horses with the black vis-a-vis as a mourners carriage.
